We have first hand experience when it comes to finding your inner strength and power, and we can't wait to share the tools that will inspire the youth in your community.  Whether you are a parent, educator, community center/summer camp administrator or simply a friend, FitPower Chicago can help make a difference in the lives of today's youth.  Through our programming, the children will develop a sense of well being and self confidence, resulting in higher self esteem and situational awareness.  As a result they will be equipped with the ingredients for identifying an aggressive and negative encounter, and will take the appropriate action necessary.

Children and Teens - The ability to defend themselves, verbally address any interaction, become more fit and empowered, increased self esteem and confidence, help stand up for your friends, and become more self-disciplined.

Parents – having a more self-disciplined child who can handle themselves at school, on the playground, and in the social media world.
Educators/Administrators - Less bullying at school when students learn how to handle these situations. This includes getting bystanders involved by teaching them how to become involved.
